Quiapo, Manila

I really think that Quiapo is a must see destination in Manila. Though a lot of people say that Quiapo is unsafe and dirty, I still believe that the vibrancy that Quiapo exudes isn't comparable to any other destination in the metro. Makati, Fort and Ortigas may have the tall skyscrapers and posh malls, but still they are nothing compared to the culture that Quaipo has.

Hong Kong (May 2011)

For the past 4 years, I have been traveling to Hong Kong for about 2-3 times a year with my family. During our travels, I normally tour the city alone with my camera, money and most importantly, knowledge about the place. Hong Kong has captured my heart ever since I first set foot in this city and I feel safe everytime I visit this place. I really like everything about this city and my interest in photography all started here.

Zambales (April 2011)

Last summer, my friends and I went somewhere beautiful. A place that is a complete opposite of what we're used to. No internet, cellphones, TV and any other forms of communication. It was the longest two days of our lives.

Taipei (Dec-Jan 2011)

Since I'm starting a new blog, let me just go back to things that I've done for the past 9 months. To start off, I went to Taipei this Winter 2011 to celebrate New Year with my family. It was my first time in Taipei and my second time to celebrate New Year outside the country.

Taipei pretty much impressed me with its infrastracture & transportation system, food and people. The city is very clean and the people are well disciplined and warm. Several landmarks and attractions are located in the city and they are well-maintained. The weather was also great and for a guy like me who lives in a tropical country, experiencing the cold weather during winter is something that excites me because I get to wear thick clothes without being soaked with sweat.

A New Beginning

Today is a new beginning for me. For the past few months, I realized that in my 2 years in photography, I haven't done anything significant. I want to redefine myself as a photographer and take on new challenges that will eventually make me a better artist.
So for that, I officialy open this page for a new chapter in my photog career.
